Why TRX?

TRX Stands for Total Body Resistance Exercise.

TRX is a revolutionary workout method that uses your body weight and gravity as resistance to build strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, core, and joint stability.

HIIT By F4U

If you’ve never tried high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts, it’s worth serious consideration. Why? In short, HIIT, which involves bursts of high-intensity cardio and strength exercises interspersed with brief periods of recovery, is a great way to get a big workout with multiple benefits in a small amount of time.

​

The key is that during those bursts you're exerting yourself at almost max effort (more on what this actually means below). In between those intense intervals, you're slowing down or resting for a short period in order to get ready for the next interval of effort. HIIT workouts can also be strength training workouts, but the effort and speed with which you do the exercises makes the workout a cardio one, too.

HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.

METHOD By F4U

Continuous training develops cardiovascular fitness; Fartlek training develops a range of components.

Method by F4U uses a dance-based approach, full range of motions, and so that you constantly work different muscle groups. It’s a full-body workout.

Benefits

Strength: our program uses very light or no weights, but your body weight counts. We add bands ankle weights and light dumbbells to activate all muscles.

​

Lean and shaped body: you work your muscles at all different angles to lean you out, rather than bulk.

​

Our method is good for flexibility too allows greater freedom of movement and improved posture · Increases physical and mental relaxation, posture and balance is the base.
